Well I ran into our local state trapper and he is a hellava nice guy, always wanted to get into this, since I was 10, granpa was a trapper, I skinned many animals fro local taxidermists and my own stuff, but don't have any schoolin on the how too's and live in california unfortunately, so the whole thing is pretty much uphill, tried the local trappers association but they struggle for organization and everyone has some other priorities, (survival)..anywho they are all good dudes too, I was welcomed by them we just don't have a real regularity to our group, I'd like to learn more, and guess I'll take a blind shot at the liscense, I am not exactly a spring chicken, at 40, but I have 2 kids I'd like to teach the deal if I can learn it myself.
30 years trying and still chuggin, I do call a lot now though.
